Location: Belleville, Ontario, Canada Compensation:   $20,800 annually plus bonus  Job Type :  Part-Time, Contract (6 Months) Schedule: Flexible Schedule with Evenings & Weekends Required  Job Overview: The Lifestyle Rental Consultant is responsible for professionally qualifying prospective residents and follow-up with them for the ultimate purpose of renting suites.  Key Responsibilities: Advertise and show units to prospective tenants  within the specifications of Skyline Living, the Residential Tenancies Act and the Human Rights Code.

Assist with checking credit references and collecting rent on a monthly basis, as required.  Process application forms and handle all phone calls.  In case of any issues and concerns, the Rental Agent is responsible to escalate the concern to the Property Manager.  Thoroughly complete all necessary paperwork (applications, leases, etc.) and move-in & move out inspections.  Qual...
