About the Position:
Lumina Estates is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaning staff member to handle the cleaning of our rental apartments after customer check-outs. Work volume will vary based on check-out schedules, so we are looking for someone flexible and available on demand.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform thorough cleaning of apartments after customer check-outs, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring the apartments are fully prepared for the next customer.
- Report any damages or maintenance issues in the apartments.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and readiness in all properties.
