Siemens Digital Industries Software is looking for an experienced **to Renewal Sales & Sales Operations Manager** to drive recurring revenue in the BeNeLux region. You’ll own the sales strategy for all perpetual and subscription renewals - maintenance, on-premise, SaaS, and cloud - and work with the team to identify and execute upsell opportunities at the point of renewal. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Industry leadership, shaping the future of renewal business while delivering ARR growth and long-term customer success.



This role is based in Belgium or the Netherlands. We operate in a flexible hybrid model, with our team collaborating in the Rotterdam office twice a week.
