Role Scope

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Renewal Executive to join our Real Estate team.

The Renewal Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal and termination process for residential and commercial tenancy contracts while ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction and retention. The role requires strong negotiation skills, excellent customer service and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth tenant experiences and accurate system management.
