This role is responsible for the end-to-end execution and integrity of remuneration processes across the business. It combines hands-on operational work with strong numerical analysis and ownership of outcomes.
You will play a key role in the annual remuneration review cycle, payroll and benefits oversight, and ensuring the accuracy of remuneration data and reporting. This is a hands-on individual contributor role that requires attention to detail, sound judgement, and accountability for delivery.
