Remote Surveying Specialist

We are now looking for a Remote Surveying Specialist to join our Healthy Homes team, playing a key role in improving customer outcomes through fast, accurate and effective case assessment. In this role, you will be responsible for the initial triage and desktop assessment of Housing Health cases, helping us respond quickly and appropriately to issues such as damp, mould and disrepair. Using photographic evidence, customer insight and your expertise in building pathology, you will diagnose defects remotely and determine the most effective course of action.
