The Stroke Association in Crewe is seeking an innovative individual to join their Stroke Recovery Service. You will support stroke survivors and their families in identifying goals and maximizing recovery while working from home and traveling as needed for visits.
This permanent, part-time role requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, alongside the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience. You will provide personalized support to stroke survivors and collaborate with NHS colleagues.
