Job Description
The Senior Manager, Oracle Cloud Fusion Technical Services is responsible for leading the day-to-day technical delivery and engineering execution across Oracle Cloud Fusion platforms, including HCM, Payroll, ERP, EPM, and PPM. This role manages a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery of integrations, applications, data loads, and reporting solutions using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Studio (VBS), and OTBI/BIP. On a daily basis, the manager oversees development activities, reviews solution designs, and ensures adherence to established engineering standards, frameworks, and best practices. They act as the primary technical liaison to HRIS and Application Integration Services, translating functional requirements into scalable, well-engineered solutions.
