- Oversees problem identification, system architecture definition/specification and implementation.
- Customer education, solution monitoring, and system restoration- Focus on Philips solutions with the aiming of customer success.

- Experience with PACS and RIS systems.
- Technical Skills on OS (windows Server *********).
- Basic networking understanding (VLAN, Load Balancer, Switches).
