Job Description
The Regional Payroll Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing end-to-end payroll operations, partnerships, implementations and product readiness for their assigned region, ensuring consistent, compliance and scalable payroll delivery. This role partners closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver a high-quality regional payroll experience aligned with Globalli’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Payroll Operations and Product Development:
- Own regional payroll execution across assigned countries, including payroll runs, implementations and ongoing operational readiness.
- Serve as the regional subject matter expert for payroll processes, country requirements, and partner capabilities.
- Become a power user of the Globalli platform to deliver effective training and provide expert guidance to internal teams and regional stakeholders.
