Our client, a well-established international executive search agency with regional headquarters in Dubai, is seeking a skilled Remote Recruiter to join their team. This role focuses on conducting executive headhunting and managing executive search assignments for a diverse range of international clients. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong expertise in talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling, while maintaining effective communication throughout the recruitment process. This is a fully remote position operating during Dubai business hours and offers competitive compensation in US dollars. The position requires proficiency with various recruiting tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms, along with the agency's proprietary talent system.
