Remote Property Project & Maintenance Manager

About the Role

We are a US-based real estate investment and management firm looking for a highly organized and assertive Project & Asset Manager to join our team remotely. You will act as the traffic controller for our property portfolio, ensuring that maintenance jobs are completed, vendors are held accountable, and assets are properly maintained.

You are not just an admin; you are an expeditor. Your primary goal is to ensure that when a repair is needed, it gets done quickly, correctly, and at the right price, without the owner having to chase people down.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for all repair and maintenance requests. Triage incoming requests, troubleshoot basic issues with tenants over the phone/text, and dispatch the correct vendors.
