About the role

We are looking for Portuguese speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support and ensuring an excellent customer experience for Danish-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat

• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and account-related questions

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
