Your Role:



We’re looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist with proven experience in Programmatic, Social, Search to drive campaign performance, optimization, and accurate tracking.



What you will do:



Manage and take ownership of assigned accounts, ensuring accurate tracking and strong performance across Programmatic, Paid Social, and PPC campaigns

Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversions

Collaborate with Campaign Managers and Account Managers to execute optimization strategies and achieve campaign KPIs

Perform thorough pre-launch and post-launch checks to ensure campaign accuracy and minimize errors
