The Remote Operations Specialist is responsible for providing 24/7 monitoring, support, and maintenance of power generation and fueling operations through various systems and platforms. This role requires strong technical aptitude to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system and network issues in real time, while following established protocols to respond to alerts, document incidents, and ensure operational continuity. The specialist performs routine system checks, supports compliance with regulatory and security standards, and escalates complex issues as needed.
