Moses Advisory Group Inc. is hiring a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT) to work remotely from Ontario. This role provides flexible hours, supporting Canadians through insolvency with empathy.
In this critical position, you will oversee consumer bankruptcy and proposal files while delivering expert advice on insolvency law. We seek a compassionate LIT with a minimum of three years of experience, who is dedicated to ethical practices in all aspects of insolvency. Collaboration with your peers and mentorship of junior staff are key elements of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage consumer bankruptcy and proposal cases
• Offer expert counsel on insolvency legislation
• Oversee asset evaluations and liquidations
• Mentor insolvency administration personnel
• Communicate with debtors, creditors, and courts
