Your Role:

The L&D Specialist supports employee development by creating training programs, assessments, and learning interventions that improve performance across Copywriting and Organic Social functions.



What you will do:



Design and deliver engaging training programs, assessments, and learning materials

Conduct training needs analysis using performance and business data

Facilitate onboarding, coaching, and capability-building sessions

Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes

Partner with Operations, Quality, and Product teams to align training with business needs
