**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

**Lead the full range of programming activities:** software specification, software design, coding, testing, debugging, and creating appropriate documentation. Formulate system scope and objectives for assigned projects. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Instruct, direct, and check the work of other systems analysis and programming personnel. Perform quality assurance checks. Lead a large programming project or multiple smaller projects.
