Job Title: Research and Recruitment Analyst
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (REMOTE)
The Research and Recruitment Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's talent acquisition strategy through market research, candidate sourcing, data analysis, and operational execution of recruitment processes.
This role plays a key part in ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and providing insights that enhance hiring decisions.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct proactive candidate sourcing, headhunting, and outreach across multiple platforms.
-Develop and maintain market maps, talent reports, competitor analysis, and salary benchmarks.
