This temporary HRIS Consultant role focuses on configuring, implementing, and optimizing ADP Lyric or Vantage to support position management, payroll integration, and HR process standardization. You will serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS and position management initiatives during system implementation and stabilization, ensuring accurate structures, clean data, and effective adoption of new HR technology and workflows.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as the temporary point person for HRIS and position management initiatives during system implementation and stabilization.
+ Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ADP Lyric or Vantage, with a focus on HR modules and payroll integration.
