Key Responsibilities

• Deliver immediate emotional support via helpline calls, providing psychoeducation, signposting to external agencies, and arranging follow-up when needed.
• Conduct clinical assessments over the phone, administer psychometric tools confidently, and refer individuals for appropriate ongoing psychological or counselling support.
• Manage risk effectively, including high-risk and trauma calls, following risk policy to ensure caller safety....
