We’re looking for a Customer Technical Support Representative to support consumers with questions related to mechanical locks, product features, installation guidance, troubleshooting, and general product information.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is customer-focused, tech-savvy, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn. Prior call center or product support experience is helpful, but not required — the right attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to stay calm and professional with customers are key.
