Robert Half Legal is partnering with a global provider of test and measurement equipment solutions in search of a Commercial Contracts Counsel for a 3-month contract assignment beginning July 6. This fully remote opportunity will support the company’s legal team with a high volume of commercial contracting work in a fast-paced, global business environment.


Responsibilities:

+ Draft, review, negotiate, and redline a wide range of commercial agreements

+ Handle contracts including NDAs, MSAs, terms and conditions, and other commercial documents

+ Provide practical legal guidance on day-to-day commercial contracting matters

+ Interface with internal stakeholders and shareholders as needed

+ Manage and respond to inquiries in the legal inbox
