Job Description
EyeCarePro Inc. is seeking a Call Center Representative to serve as the primary liaison between the company and patients. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
This role requires a High School Diploma, computer literacy with Monday.com, and strong English communication. The position is 100% remote with a Monday-Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Eastern Time schedule.
