Chess Wizards was founded in August 2002 by a group of enthusiastic individuals who decided to change the culture of chess in Chicago. Since then, we have expanded our scholastic and summer camp programs to schools, park districts, and community centers across the United States.
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with expense management, reconciliations, accounts payable, and invoicing processes.
Key Responsibilities
+ Collect and organize credit card receipts and supporting documentation from employees and departments
+ Review and process expense allocations to the appropriate departments, programs, or accounts
