Qualifications

• Completion of formal religious training in Sikh theology or equivalent structured training under a recognized religious authority
• Several years of experience (typically 2 or more years) as a Granthi or Sikh religious leader
• In-depth knowledge of Sikh scriptures, including the Guru Granth Sahib Ji
• Proven ability to perform Kirtan and deliver religious teachings (Katha)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Punjabi language proficiency is required to accurately read, interpret, and recite from the Guru Granth Sahib Ji and to effectively communicate r...
