• Provide a high quality, customer‑oriented service and ensure all actions are customer‑led.
• Assist in housing management and service provision under the manager’s direction.
• Maintain and promote dignity for all individuals, improving their health and wellbeing in a safe environment.
• Foster effective communication with customers and colleagues, adapting to individual communication preferences.
• Encourage and enable customers to be as independent as possible in daily living skills and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records promptly.
• Recognise signs of distress, assess risks, and inform the support team of concerns.
