Job Description
Control the operation of the Load Haul fleet in accordance with planned production targets to ensure that customer requirements are met in a safe and efficient manner.
To drive and continuously improve operational performance whilst complying with company SHE standards.
Key Responsibilities
Work in a safe manner ensuring the Health & Safety standards adhered to. Ensure that all work activities are carried out in accordance with local safety systems and any unsafe behaviours are challenged. Inspect quarry faces and haul roads during each shift in accordance with Daily Inspection guidelines and make corrective actions for any defects found. Maintain operational outputs in accordance with Production plan & key performance indicators. Continually monitor and amend process to achieve relevant quality standards.
