You will have well‑honed skills in positive communication and engagement and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for all our service users. You will support people to maintain a healthy state of wellbeing – mentally, physically and emotionally – and, alongside members of the person’s circle of support, empower them to be happy, healthy and successful in achieving their life goals.
