We are looking for a Relief Support Worker to join our friendly staff team. Our vibrant supported living service in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham, supports individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, mental health needs and autism. We are committed to providing quality person-centred care and ensuring that our service users live valued and fulfilling lives. We seek warm, caring, and proactive individuals to provide respectful, high-intensity personal care, as well as practical and emotional support to our service users. In this role, you will ensure that no two days are the same, engaging service users in a wide range of exciting activities within their homes and the community.
