Relief Primary Care Nurse Position Available

Step into a fulfilling relief role as a Primary Care Registered Nurse at Clinton Regional Health & Wellness Center. This full-time position focuses on providing high-quality care in a community setting.
The ideal candidate is a skilled nurse with a background in independent patient care. Working alongside Primary Care Physicians and Nurse Practitioners, you will perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans. Your shifts run Monday through Friday from 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer tailored nursing care in community settings
• Perform client assessments and develop care strategies
• Collaborate actively with healthcare teams
• Engage in chronic condition monitoring and support
• Educate patients on health promotion techniques
Requirements:
• Accredited Nursing degree with current BCCNM registration
