Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services (med reviews, chronic disease management, care plans)
• Administer vaccines and immunizations
• Monitor drug therapy and counsel patients
• Supervise pharmacy students/provisionals
• Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with healthcare teams
• Support daily pharmacy operations

Qualifications

• Licensed with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy
• Injection certified
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-focused
