Maritime Relief Pharmacist

Location: Pharmacy Relief - PE, Charlottetown, PEI; New Brunswick; Nova Scotia.

Travel: 10-20%.

Job Type: Full-Time.

We cover license fees and jurisprudence in all provinces.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts as scheduled across the province demonstrating warmth, empathy, and compassion while acting in the patient’s best interest to achieve excellence in patient‑centered care, customer service, workflow efficiencies, and professional clinical services (disease state management, medication reviews and adherence, health risk assessments, injections/vaccines).
• Provide patient counselling and education for new therapy to patients/caregivers while tailoring to the needs and concerns of the patient (literacy, hearing loss, privacy).
• Initiate care plans, follow up, and complete proper documentation.
