As a Relief Care Worker in our care home, you will support older people with their daily care and wellbeing, helping ensure they feel safe, comfortable and valued. Working flexibly to support the team, you will contribute to the smooth running of the service.
What your day will look like
Supporting residents with personal and intimate care
Encouraging activity, independence and social interaction
Supporting residents with meals, hydration and nutrition
Providing reassurance and responding to call bells
Maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment
Completing daily care records accurately
Working alongside colleagues and other professionals
Providing flexible support across shifts when required
