Role Overview

Weekend and Bank Holidays Care Assistant in Northern Trust. Provide care and support to clients in their own homes, delivering individual care plans and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing and personal care to clients while maintaining dignity, independence, and safety.
