Relief Care Assistant

Role Overview

We are looking for a Relief Care & Support Assistant to provide high‑quality care and support to residents, enabling them to live their later life well.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual care, supporting residents’ health and wellbeing.
• Deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the estate, including apartment cleans.
• Encourage residents to participate in a wide range of activities.
• Assist residents with booking appointments, arranging transport, escorting them on visits and shopping.

Qualifications & Experience

• Warm, friendly individual with ideally some experience in a care or support environment.
• Passion for improving the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
• Capacity to work as part of a team in a busy setting.
• Driven to deliver excellent customer service.
