Reliability Leader

_The Reliability Engineer is responsible for being the liaison between Maintenance and Operations according to factory processes & TPM standards. This is the key role within Technical Team focusing on development & improvement of_ _Associates capabilities,_ _Equipment Reliability, & digital agenda, according to Progressive Maintenance & Asset Health Check Strategy._ _This position leads and develops the Reliability positions of his team._



**What would be your key responsibilities?**



Functional Leadership:



+ Lead corrective maintenance activities, actions and improvement to resolve high priority factory issues through the maintenance technician’s community accordingly to MSE.

+ Coordinate activities of assigned to ensure reviews on efficiency and standards.
