Reliability Engineer

Job Description

• Provides reliability engineering support for both the internal and external customers
• Provide technical support for Reliability Audit Program as part of product quality assurance requirement
• Develop reliability tests capabilities to support New Package Development, New Product Introduction, Process & Site Transfer Qualifications & Evaluations
• Works on Continuous Improvement programs to improve lab effectiveness in terms of cost, cycle time, process improvements & to achieve zero quality incidents
• Establish preventive maintenance requirement of lab equipment & chambers and ensure PM is being performed timely per master schedule
• Must ensure all lab equipment & chambers are up and running with minimal downtime
• Work on continuous improvements programs on equipment efficiency & automation
