The Reliability Engineer is responsible for overall leadership to mechanics, project engineers and managers in determining and carrying out the best maintenance practices for equipment reliability and total cost of ownership. The Reliability Engineer works independently or as team members to assess, design, train and implement preventive maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM) and reliability continuous improvement programs.
