Reliability Engineer

As Reliability Engineer in the Combustion Products Division, you’ll play a key role in optimizing production processes and improving equipment reliability. In this role, you’ll blend your hands-on, shop floor-based mechanical and controls expertise with project management, continuous improvement, and clear internal communication. Your problem‑solving skills will support day-to-day, real-time production needs through direct equipment engagement while also driving long‑term improvements that strengthen capability, efficiency in identifying root causes, and overall operational excellence within the energy sector.

This role requires significant on-the-floor, hands-on presence working directly with manufacturing equipment on a daily basis.
