JOB PURPOSE

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our famous Marmite site and become part of an enthusiastic and brand-driven team in the Burton-on-Trent Unilever factory as we are seeking experienced individuals to drive our business improvement.


RESPONSIBILITIES


+ You will be a key member of the team, involved in delivering the medium and long-term maintenance strategy for the factory, whilst supporting the short-term results.

+ You will be responsible for running diagnostics and troubleshooting faults as and when they occur through root cause analysis and defining the preventive maintenance strategy to minimise breakdowns.

+ You will be able to have a proactive approach to recommend design improvements, and lead machine technical review to improve performance.
