Reliability and Planning Manager

Oceania Dairy, part of the global Yili Oceania group, is seeking an experienced Reliability & Planning Manager to lead site-wide reliability, maintenance strategy, and asset performance at our Glenavy site.

This is a senior leadership role where you will bring together engineering, planning, and operational teams to deliver high-performing, safe, and cost-effective manufacturing outcomes.

About the Role

Reporting to the Maintenance & Services Manager, you will:

• Lead the site reliability strategy , focusing on loss elimination and asset performance
• Drive improvements in OEE, downtime, MTBF and cost of failure
• Own maintenance strategy including PM/PdM, standards, and lifecycle planning
• Lead root cause problem elimination (RCPE) and embed sustainable fixes
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and engineering stores to lift work management discipline
