Release Train Engineer

We are seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to serve as a servant leader and chief Scrum Master for a moderately complex Agile Release Train (ART).

The RTE facilitates program-level processes, drives continuous development, manages risks, and escalates impediments.

This role ensures alignment with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles to enhance speed and value in product delivery, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the facilitator and coach for a moderately complex Agile Release Train (ART).
• Leverage Agile methodologies, assessments, metrics, and dashboards to guide teams in value delivery.
• Facilitate PI Planning readiness through Continuous Exploration, Vision, Roadmap, and Backlog development.
• Enable adoption of Agile Lifecycle Management tools such as Jira Align.
