Release manager: salesforce

Key purpose:

To operationalise the companys Business Banking Salesforce platform

Duties and responsibilities: Taking ownership of all aspects related to ensuring a healthy platform. Designing, testing, deploying and maintaining the platform in line with governance, standards and relevant frameworks. Taking responsibility for scheduling, planning and controlling the software delivery life cycle (SDLC). Enabling Dev Ops best practice, ideas, innovation and automation across the platform

Qualifications and experience: Minimum 5 years experience on the Salesforce platform inclusive of release management, Salesforce Administrator, and implementing technology-based solutions (and 3 - 5 years in a Dev Ops or IT Engineering role) Must have experience with at least 2 different Salesforce Cloud platforms (for ex: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud) or Installed Applications.
