Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Release Management Analyst for a 18+ month contract to hire opportunity with a Global Financial Institution located in Irving, TX.

Responsibilities:
Create and manage release-related Change Requests within the ServiceNow platform
Support execution by managing requests to ensure timely approvals and alignment with release schedules
Plan, manage, coordinate, communicate and deploy weekly and on demand (expedited / emergency) releases on a rotational basis (nights & some weekends)
Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems
Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet relevant business requirements
Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve moderately complex business problems and provide technological solutions
