Release Engineer

• Minimum three years of directly relevant hands-on experience in release engineering, software delivery, DevOps, deployment engineering, or CI/CD pipeline operations
• Hands‑on experience supporting the development, build, configuration, deployment, or operation of Microsoft-based and cloud-native applications
• Strong understanding of Azure platform services, cloud environments, and deployment processes
• Experience working with release automation tools, version control systems, and build and deployment pipelines
• Proven track record operating within distributed or multi‑vendor delivery teams
• Experience in software delivery environments such as technology consultancies, software houses, or Insurtech is desirable
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries is advantageous
