Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager

This position is responsible for generating fresh deposits by acquiring new-to-bank relationships and engaging potential customers. The role involves active participation in achieving the deposit and revenue targets of the Retail Banking team, as well as meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / (PAM) targets. The incumbent will also manage the existing deposit portfolio, ensuring coordination with all lines of business and operations to facilitate customer needs. Additionally, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers and managing key customer relationships, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
