The role requires strong expertise in sourcing, underwriting, and managing Construction Finance proposals while maintaining productive relationships with builders and real estate developers.

Key Responsibilities



Source and acquire new Construction Finance proposals from builders and developers.


Conduct detailed financial analysis, credit assessment, and project evaluation.


Manage end-to-end loan processing including documentation, legal, technical, and compliance checks.


Maintain strong relationships with builders, channel partners, and stakeholders in the real-estate ecosystem.
