Role Overview
Looking for an experienced Mortgage RM to drive Home Loan / LAP sourcing through DSA, connectors, and open market channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Source Home Loan & Loan Against Property customers.
- Manage & activate DSA/Channel Partner network.
- Conduct customer meetings, understand financial requirements & eligibility.
- Coordinate with credit for smooth sanction & disbursement.
- Achieve monthly disbursement & login targets.
- Maintain portfolio quality and ensure compliance.
