  • Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and following up on inbound inquiries.
  • Manage the sales pipeline efficiently using a CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups, negotiating terms and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations (phone/online) when required.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is highly preferred.
